FCN Premium Country Style Soup "Soup for Two" Cheddar Broccoli
1 Package of Farmhouse Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Milk
Pour water & milk into saucepan & add Soup Mix. Stir until it is smooth & let sit for 5 minutes. Turn on medium high heat & stir constantly until thickened. Bo not allow to boil. Remove from heat, cover & let sit for 5 minutes. Serve. Makes 2 12oz servings
Options: Serve with bacon or ham pieces or fresh steamed broccoli florets. Use as a sauce on baked potatoes, pasta or rice.
