FCN Premium Tuscan Garlic Bread Dipping Oil Mix
Bread Dipping Oil : Combine mix with 2 Tablespoons of water. Wait 5 minutes for mix to absorb water. Combine mix with 1 cup of olive oil. Stir or shake well to blend. Let sit 30 minutes or more. Pour on flat plate, serve with crusty bread. Refrigerate unused portion.
Garlic Bread: Prepare as above. Spread onto thick slices of crusty bread. Place bread on cookie sheet with spread side up. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
Shrimp, Chicken, or Scallop Scampi: Cook pasta. Prepare mix as stated above. Saute shrimp, chicken or scallops in small amount of oil mixture. Combine with cooked pasta & remaining oil mixture. Serve with grated cheese, salad & bread.
Options: Add mushrooms, diced bell peppers, pimento, crumbled bacon, diced celery or tomato.
